RES properties are not limited to residential complexes, they can be developed in specific areas of the island. There is no minimum purchase price for RES properties.

  • Ground +2 (G+2) apartments: Invest in a residential condominium with at least 2 floors above the first floor and a selling price exceeding MUR 6,000,000 (approx. € 125,000 depending on today's conversion rate).
